This prospectus seeks investors in The Webley & Scott Revolver & Arms Company, Limited. This was formed in 1897 by the merging of the gunmaking firms of P. Webley & Son, W & C Scott & Son, and Richard Ellis & Sons.

Note that the original prospectus was printed in tiny writing down the side of one full page of The Times newspaper. I've had to split it into four separate pieces and enlarge it significantly to make it even partly readable.
